1. Up until you’ve reached the hit cap, Hit Rating is point for point the best stat for a Retribution Paladin.  You should ensure you’ve reached the hit cap before worrying about any other stats.
2. 8% is the hit cap for weilding 2-handers against raid bosses at level 80.  To achieve 8% hit, you need 265 hit rating.  If you are Draenei, you benefit from Heroic Presence (1% hit) thus you only need 232 hit rating.
   1. Note:  This statistic was previously 9% but recently has been shown to be 8% thus apparantly reduced by Blizzard.  There are myriad combat parses of varying lengths on the Elitist Jerks forums that prove this theory out and I have done my own research to confirm this value as well.  To test this for yourself, I recommend downloading the addon “Recount” (a nifty damage meter), get your hit % to around 8% (but not lower) and then auto-attack the level 80 raid target dummy in your nearest city for as long as you’d like.  When ready, simply left-click on your “line” in the damage meter itself and you will be given an itemized breakdown of all your actions.  If you “missed” at all, it will show up in there along with a count of how many times and a percentage of your total attacks.
3. Retribution Paladins receive 2 attack power per 1 point of Strength.
4. The best Retribution talent spec for maximizing DPS is 0/5/66.  Please note that some of the points to be spent among the 66 in Retribution are arbitrary and won’t necessarily increase your DPS and thus you are free to allot them based upon preference (2/2 Improved Retribution Aura for example)
5. Seal of Blood provides more sustained DPS than Seal of Command and the opportunity to receive effective heals from Spiritual Attunement.  As such, it is the preferred seal of PvE DPS.  Please note that there are some encounters that necessitate the use of Seal of Command though regardless of its lower potential DPS.
6. The Expertise cap for dodge is 6.5%.  To achieve this cap you need 214 expertise rating.
